HÜBNER offers a range of flexible design options – from pressure-tight systems to simple rubber-diaphragm solutions. All systems are supplied as complete units, including the corrugated bellows and the bridge assembly.

Bridge: Can be folded up, optionally height-adjustable, complies with Bern gauge requirements

Compatibility: Suitable for standardized passenger coaches in accordance with UIC 561 and IRS 50561

Standard variants (rubber diaphragm)

Simple construction: The gangway consists of just a few clearly defined components – the rubber diaphragm and the bridge assembly.

Easy coupling: Rubber diaphragms automatically align and seal with each other when cars are coupled, ensuring a robust connection.

Proven materials: Rubber materials that are resistant to UV, heat and cold deliver dependable performance under all climatic conditions.

Pressure-tight variants

Optimized protection: Against pressure waves, noise, heat loss and dirt ingress.

Simple functional principle: Sliding plates provide reliable sealing and protection against pressure differentials.

Easy coupling: When coaches are coupled, the sliding plates automatically press together to create a secure seal.

International compatibility: Designed and tested in accordance with UIC 561 and IRS 50561 standards. The gangway systems are suitable for use in all standardized passenger coaches – both with other pressure-tight gangway versions or in mixed operation with simple rubber diaphragm gangways.

Flexible design options & maintenance-friendly: Design can be adapted to the vehicle contour; refurbishments are possible and many parts can be used.
