Cleanroom injection molding

We operate a modern cleanroom production facility for the manufacture of medtech components located in our injection molding area. This production set-up ensures consistently low particle and bioburden levels in the components that are produced. Continuously documented workflows for all aspects of the production and regular monitoring of contamination-sensitive areas guarantee the highest levels of quality.

Individual inspections of incoming goods document the condition of all raw materials.
 

The injection molding machines are located outside the cleanroom facility, effectively preventing contamination from the changing of injection molding tools or the maintenance of the machines.

The components produced by the injection molding machines are transported from the machine to the cleanroom via an enclosed conveyor belt, which is continuously flushed with cleanroom air. The entire process chain – from installing the machine tool to packaging products – is designed to take place under low-particle conditions.
