"Professional training has a long tradition at our company and is a top priority," declared Gerald Steinhoff, CFO for the HÜBNER Group. "That's why there's no question for us about providing young people a good start in their professional lives with a solid outlook for the future even in these challenging economic times."
HÜBNER has provided professional training in numerous fields for many years. In total, more than 50 young apprentices are working at the Kassel-based company currently. HÜBNER provides training programs in the areas of industrial mechanics, mechatronics, technical fabric design and business management.
"It is important for us to provide young people with a solid foundation for their future professional lives," says Susanne Fülling, HR Development Manager and responsible for the apprentices at HÜBNER. Apprentices, interns and work-study students at HÜBNER also have the benefit of additional offerings that include an in-house training workshop, company-based English instruction, and exam preparation support. Fülling: "Our new junior employees at HÜBNER also get insights into areas outside their specific specialty fields, they take on responsibility in independent projects and also have the opportunity to work abroad for some period."
The company is already looking for new applicants for the upcoming training year 2021. Interested young people can upload their application materials to the HÜBNER website until 30 September 2020.
