Prospects for tapping into new customer groups

Previously, V.S.E. worked with the Dutch IMS Group for sales, which was acquired by SAF-HOLLAND in early 2024. With this acquisition, SAF-HOLLAND strengthens its market position in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and aims to further expand its market share in this important region.

Vehicle Systems Engineering B.V. (V.S.E.) is a specialist in advanced, innovative steering and suspension solutions for buses and commercial vehicles. V.S.E. has been a well-known name in the automotive world since 1985, initially as a department of Ginaf Trucks B.V. It became an independent company in 2001 after a management buyout. V.S.E. is based in Veenendaal, near Utrecht in the Netherlands. Since 2021, the Company has been a wholly owned subsidiary of HÜBNER and develops high performance and advanced steering and suspension solutions. The systems are primarily used to enable vehicles to operate in confined spaces. V.S.E. employs approximately 70 people.
