“We are very pleased that the introductory workshop was finally able to take place in person again this year and that the trainees have the chance to grow together as a cohort from the very beginning,” says Susanne Fülling, HR Development Officer and co-responsible for the HÜBNER trainees. The introductory workshop took place in the Open Space meeting room in Plant 4.After the one-week introductory workshop, all junior employees start today in their respective departments.
More than 50 apprentices at HÜBNER in Kassel
This year, HÜBNER is training a total of nine apprentices in industrial-technical professions, five industrial clerks, and one student in the industrial engineering practical alliance. “It is important to us to give young people a solid foundation for their later professional life with our training,” says Marco Knobel, who heads HR Development. In total, more than 50 apprentices are currently working at HÜBNER, at the Kassel site, the company has a total of around 1,100 employees.
