Our gangway systems for monorails are made up of modular components that are perfectly matched to one another and can be flexibly adapted to different vehicle designs.
Single corrugated bellows and double corrugated bellows
Single and double corrugated bellows variants can be individually tailored to the respective vehicle type and can be configured with a high degree of flexibility. For special vehicle concepts, the corrugated bellows can be designed so that it also covers the lower vehicle area. Depending on the design and configuration of the monorail carbody, U-shaped systems or gangways with dedicated tensioning elements are available to ensure an optimal connection and the highest safety levels.
Bridge systems
For comfortable passage between cars, HÜBNER offers a range of bridge systems. All systems are handicapped accessible (TSI PRM) and can be customized for different vehicle designs.
Bridge plates: A compact and robust solution for basic requirements and limited installation space. Equipped with low-friction materials for a long service life.
Linking bridges: Advanced design for greater comfort and smooth, gap-free compensation for extreme movements.
Combi-bridges: Highly versatile, self-supporting and maintenance-friendly. They adapt to almost any contour and combine technical efficiency with maximum passenger comfort.
